Crude bomb blasts injure 7 in Dhaka
Dhaka: At least seven people, including two rickshaw-pullers, sustained injuries as several crude bombs were exploded in the city’s Shahbagh, Shantinagar, Fakirerpool and Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) areas on Tuesday evening.
It was understood incident of crude bomb blast took place at DMCH area in between 7:00pm and 7:45pm.
At least three people, including one Abu Reza Saklaine, were injured when two crude bombs were set off near Shahbagh crossing.
Mominul Islam, a rickshaw-puller, suffered injuries from splinters when a crude bomb was exploded at Shantinagar, while another rickshaw-puller Ekhlas, 35, was injured in a crude bomb explosion at Fakirerpool.
Sohagh, 25, and Moinuddin, 25, were injured when a crude bomb went off near the gate-2 of the DMCH.
All the injured were taken to the DMCH.
