Judge of District and Session’s Judge Court Aminul Haque fixed the date on Tuesday on completion of arguments from the both sides.

The court also cancelled bail of 22 accused and sent 36 accused to jail.

Court sources said 22 out of total 56 accused, who were on bail, appeared before the court today while 14 others were produced from jail.

Ekram’s brother Rezaul Haque Jasim filed a case against BNP leader Mahtab Uddin Chowdhury Minar and others with Feni Model Police Station on May 21, 2014.

Plainclothes police arrested Minar from the capital on May 27, 2014.
