2 fish traders killed in Bogura road crash
Bogura: Two fish traders were killed and two others injured when a CNG-run auto-rickshaw carrying them was hit by a truck on Natore-Bogura road at Boiradighi in Shahjahanpur upazila on Sunday morning.
The deceased are Ganesh, 45, son of Bakul Sarker of Chowgram village in Singra upazila of Natore, and Ramjan Ali, 60, son of Salamat Ali hailing from Shashibadani in Sadar upazila here.
Two sons of Ramjan were also injured in the road crash.
Four fish traders were going to Bogura along with their fish by the auto-rickshaw from Singra.
The accident took place when the Natore-bound truck crashed into it around 7.30am, leaving Ganesh dead on the spot while the three others injured.
All the three injured were taken to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital where doctors declared Ramjan Ali dead, said Aziz Mondal, TSI of the Medical College Police Camp.
