bKash agent shot dead in Dhaka

Dhaka: Muggers shot a ‘bKash’ agent to death and snatched a bag containing money from him in the city’s Demra area on Sunday noon.

The deceased is Rashedul Islam, 28.

Iftekhar Hossain, assistant commissioner of Demra zone, said two muggers coming in a motorbike shot Rashed and snatched the bag around 12 pm, leaving him dead on the spot.

However, the amount of the money could not be known yet.
