Brigadier General A K M Mostafa Kamal Pasha has been appointed as new the Inspector General (IG) of Prisons.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard on Wednesday, reports the UNB.

Besides, the former IG of Prisons Brigadier General Syed Iftekhar Uddin has been sent back to the Bangladesh Army.
