Nepalese farmers work in a paddy field at the village of Khokana, on the outskirts of Kathmandu on 14 August 2015. The traditional Newari village of Khokana is famous for its unusual mustard-oil harvesting process in which a heavy wooden beam is used to crush mustard seeds in order to extract the oil.
