Pounding England not incredible

The match against England bears great significance for Bangladesh to reach quarter-finals in the World Cup 2015. Victory in the match will confirm their quarter-final berth. But it will be tough for Tigers to beat a ‘matured’ team like England.
Bangladesh is highly strong-willed now getting victory over Scotland chasing 318-run huge target. If they can keep their consistency, it is not incredible to pound England.
Besides, England are now under pressure. They have already tasted loss in three among four matches. Tigers may win if they can read the weaknesses of the opponent.
England is much ahead of Bangladesh in terms of strength and capability. So, Bangladesh have to play providing their full strength to gain victory over them. They have to give their best in every department.
The drop-out of Anamul Haque Bijoy from the World Cup might have a negative impact on the team. Bijoy had become ‘set’ in the team. Imrul Kayes probably will replace him. Imrul is a good batsman but it will be difficult for him to perform well overcoming the stress of long journey. I hope he will perform well if he gets chance.
It is being heard that there is pressure on the team from different sections to include a specialist spinner in the first eleven. But it will not be apt to include any player in the team under any pressure. They, I suggest, shouldn’t have given much attention on the issue. A specialist spinner can be included only if the team management thinks.
Bangladesh World Cup squad includes two specialist spinners— Arafat Sunny and Taijul Islam. Both of them are left-handers. One should be selected according to the team demand.
Tigers are going to play in Adelaide Oval for the first time. I hope that will be a good experience for Bangladesh.
