Dhaka: The month-long Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) 2016 will begin on 1 January 2016 to bring a host of local and international manufacturers and retailers under a single square of open sky.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is expected to open the fair at about 3.30pm on the day, reports Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha.

Commerce Ministry and Export Promotion Bureau of Bangladesh will organise the annual fair at the city’s Sher-e-Bangla Nagar at the trade fair ground near the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre.
