Former Indian national team cricketer Irfan Pathan was the latest victim of trolls.

He was trolled on social media, on Monday, soon after he posted a photograph of his wife Safa Baig.

The 32-year-old posted a photograph on his official Facebook page with a message that read, "This girl is trouble #love #wifey."

The post did invite trouble for Pathan as fans from across the globe slammed Irfan and his wife for posting a picture which was against Islam.

It did not deter Pathan to upload that same photograph on Instagram and Twitter with a caption, ‘Kuch to log kahenge logo ka kaam hai kehna (people will say things it s their business to talk) but always #love #travel’.

Not long ago, India pacer Mohammed Shami was subjected to similar treatment by cricket fans on social media, after he had posted a photo with his wife, reports rediff.com.
