Mashrafe diagnosed with dengue fever

Dhaka: Bangladesh national cricket team one-day international and Twenty20 skipper Mashrafe Bin Mortaza has been confirmed by medical staff to have contracted dengue fever.
He was admitted to Apollo hospital on Thursday night due to high fever. First it was considered a seasonal fever. But the doctors have found dengue viruses after examining Masharfe’s blood.
Bangladesh Cricket Board physician Debashis Chowdhury said, ‘A blood test was administered in which the presence of the dengue virus was found in Mashrafe's blood. The blood test report has confirmed that it is a case of dengue fever. Mashrafe will remain at the hospital for further observation.’
Mashrafe is going to play next round of National Cricket League for Khulna division in coming 10 October. But due to sickness, Mash had to admit in the hospital instead of Khulna.
