Dubai: Senior Pakistan batsman Younis Khan completed 9,000 Test runs during his 71 not out against England in the second Test in Dubai on Saturday.

The 37-year-old achieved the milestone when he reached 47 on the third afternoon. 

He is the first Pakistani and 14th batsmen in all to score 9,000 or more Test runs.

India's Sachin Tendulkar tops the list of highest run-getters in Test cricket, with 15,921 in a record of 200 Tests.
