De Villiers’ fabulous batting

There are some surprises in most matches of the World Cup. South African skipper AB De Villiers’ windy batting against West Indies is one of the surprises. After the De Villiers’ extraordinary batting, ImranTahir’s rolling ball devastated the Caribbean.
It’s a huge pressure for any team to chase 409-run sky-high target. The batting line-up of West Indies has utterly been devastated because of the pressure.
It has been proved once again that the Caribbean’s bowling attack is somewhat feeble. They seem desperately ‘nervous’ ahead of South Africa’s batsmen, specifically in front of De Villiers.
South Africa’s starting innings was not good enough. They score only 30 runs after losing a wicket from the first 10-over. It seemed at that time that the Proteas wouldn’t be able to go towards big innings. But De Villiers’s stormy-batting provided them the huge collection.
West Indies felt in tremendous pressure after losing Chris Gayle as it’s a big target. They couldn’t able to recover the pressure and were stopped at 151-run.
I told earlier, the possibility of sealing the match would favour them who would win the toss and choose to bat first. It happened in the end. It’s indeed challenging to bat at second innings of the day-night match at Sydney Cricket Ground. To chase the sky-high target was almost impossible pressed down under the 408-run.
