Except the opening match, Sri Lanka have played really well in the last three matches. Sri Lankan batsmen are in a flying mood scoring more than 300 runs in the previous two consecutive matches. It seems Sydney will enjoy an exhilarating match between Sri Lanka and Australia on Sunday.

The bowlers of Sri Lanka are not performing well like their batsmen. The scattered bowling performance may create problems for the 1996 world champions.

Australia is a ‘balanced’ team. Their pace attack is ferocious. They will get extra advantage as the home side.

The 'plus point' for Sri Lanka is the good form of their batsmen. If the bats of Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara shine, it will be easy for Sri Lanka to win the match.

The match is much significant for both teams as none of them has confirmed their quarter-final berth yet.

In another match of the day in Napier, it seems that, New Zealand will beat Afghanistan easily. Afghanistan don’t have the capability to beat the flying kiwis.
