Ten ducks in the innings as team gets dismissed for just 4 runs
The scorecard of the match between Kasaragod and Wayanad U-19 girls teams had an interesting read as all ten batters were dismissed for ducks at the Perinthalmanna Cricket Stadium in Mallapuram district in Kerala on Thursday.
Kasaragod Under-19 batters could not muster even a single run with the bat as they were bundled out for just 4 runs on the board — all of which came through extras, the Hindustan Times reported.
Interestingly, the mode of dismissal was the same all ten batters as they were bowled out by the Wayanad bowlers. Skipper Nithya Loordh was the pick of the bowlers as she scalped three wickets in a span of just six deliveries to start the carnage.

After winning the toss and electing to bat first, Kasaragod captain S Akshata would not have though in her wildest of dreams that the team will fail to score even a single runs off the bat.
Chasing the modest target, Wayanad batters scored the required 5 runs in one over and recorded a comprehensive 10-wicket win.
