Arafat Sunny, Taskin Ahmed suspended for illegal bowling action

Dhaka: Bangladesh’s talented young pacer Taskin Ahmed and left-arm spin bowler Arafat Sunny have been suspended by the International Cricket Council (ICC) due to an illegal bowling action.
Shuvagata Hom and Saklain Sajib are flying to India on Sunday to replace Taskin Ahmed and Arafat Sunny.
Taskin and Sunny will not be able to bowl in the international cricket until changing his bowling action. He will have to go through corrective measures arranged by the ICC.
Both Sunny and Taskin were reported for suspect bowling actions during their ICC World Twenty20 match against the Netherlands in Dharamsala, India, on 9 March.
Australian on-field umpire Rod Tucker expressed the concern in his report to Bangladesh team manager Khaled Mahmud Sujon after the match and later he informed the matter to match referee Andy Pycroft of Zimbabwe.
Taskin and Sunny subsequently underwent tests at an ICC facility in Chennai, and the results were announced on Sunday.
