Irish beat Tigers
Ireland beat Bangladesh national cricket team by four wickets in the ICC World Cup 2015 warm up match at Sydney’s Blacktown Olympic Park Oval on Thursday.
Earlier, Ireland won the toss and chose to field considering the pitch and playing conditions.
Bangladesh was all out for 189 runs in the 48th over of their third warm up match.
Soumya Sarkar top scored for Bangladesh with 45, before he was unfortunately run out. Anamul Haque (25), Mushfiqur Rahim (26) and Sabbir Rahman (20) got starts but could not capitalise on it and as a result Bangladesh folded for 189 in 48.2 overs.
Andrew Balbirnie's unbeaten 63 and Ed Joyce's 47 led Ireland to victory, reaching 190-6 in the 47th over.
