De Kock fined for barging into Tamim

Dhaka: South African wicketkeeper-batsman Quinton de Kock has been fined 75 per cent of his match fee for a code of conduct breach during a Test match against Bangladesh, reported ESPNCricinfo on Thursday.
De Kock has been fined for pleading guilty to a shoulder-barging altercation with Bangladesh opener Tamim Iqbal. The incident occurred at the stroke of lunch on the second day of the first Test at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong.
The incident happened when Tamim, who played the last ball before lunch, was involved in a conversation with De Kock and it soon descended into shoulder-barging.
However, skipper Hashim Amla immediately intervened and dispersed the players that were gathering around Tamim and the umpires. Earlier, Tamim was involved in a similar incident with Rilee Roussouw, with the latter being fined with 50 per cent of match fee by the ICC in the second ODI against South Africa.
