Ban A v Ind A
Series decider set to be a thriller

Dhaka: After a stunning winning against India A in the second one-dayer, Bangladesh A will look to continue their success and clinch the unofficial three-match ODI series as they go into the third and final match in Bengaluru tomorrow (20 September) with both teams locked 1-1.
Both the teams have shown the occasional spark of brilliance but have not been consistent enough. While the host team will rue the collapse in the second game, Bangladesh A will take heart from the fact that they were able to fight back in such a commanding manner with Nasir Hossain leading the way with both bat and ball, reported the Cricket Country.
For India A, it has been the batting that has let them down to an extent, in the first game, it took a brilliant knock from Gurkeerat to get them over the line and in the second game, they were cruising at 119 for 1 but then collapsed in a heap to end up getting bowled out for a score of just 187.
Skipper Unmkut Chand acknowledged the fact that they needed someone to play through and the top order has to take the responsibility of doing so.
The bowling department has been functioning well for the hosts.
Bangladesh A recovered from being 82 for 5 at one stage in the second game to post a total of 252 for 8 thanks to an unbeaten ton from Nasir Hossain. The worry though for the visitors has been the form of the top order and they will hope the top-order fires to give them the platform to take full toll at the latter stages.
As for the bowling department, it was all of Nasir Hossain and Rubel Hossain who shared nine wickets between them. It is unlikely that India will repeat the same mistakes and hence Bangladesh A will know they got out of jail on Friday but on Sunday, they will need to click as a unit to beat India A and take the series.
With so much at stake, expect both sides to put in a compelling performance to ensure the deciding one-dayer is a thriller and sets the benchmark for the upcoming three-day matches.
