A three-day Nabanna Utsab is going to be kicked off at Rabindra Sarobor in Dhaka from Wednesday (November 30).

The festival will remain open to all from 6:00am to 8:00pm till December 2.

PRAN Chinigura Aromatic Rice is sponsoring the fest. As many as 32 stalls will display various types of traditional cakes at the festival.

The information was disclosed at a press conference held at PRAN-RFL Centre in Dhaka on 28 November.

Chief Operating Officer Mohammad Shahan Shah Azad, Category Manager of Banga Millers Ltd Md Mustafizur Rahman, and Mehedi Hasan, Executive Director of Showbiz Entertainment were present in the occasion.

The programmes include traditional music, dance, puppet show, merry-go-round, reciting punthi, bioscope, palanquin, snake charming, lathi khela and monkey-dance show.

Fakir Alamgir, Quddus Bayati, Fakir Sahabuddin, Kiran Chandra, Chandana Majumdar will perform at the Nabanna Utsab.
