13-day group art exhibition begins in city Saturday

Dhaka: A 13-day group painting exhibition titled Joloj 2 (Aquatic 2) will begin on Saturday evening at the La Galerie of Alliance Française de Dhaka.
Eminent sculptor Prof Hamiduzzaman Khan will inaugurate the exhibition as the chief guest.
Managing director and CEO of Trust Bank Limited Ishtiaque Ahmed Chowdhury and architect and artist Mustapha Khalid Palash, among others, will remain present.
Amada Real Estate Ltd CEO Ferdous Khan will remain present as the guest of honor.
The exhibition will remain open till December 29 (Monday to Thursday from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.)
Aquatic 2, the second edition of the 2015 exhibition Joloj, embraces this essence of water in Bangladesh and will feature artworks by artists Al-Akhir Sarker, Bishan Bhakta, Golam Moshiur Rahman Choudhury, Md. Azmal Uddin, and Sadek Ahmed.
