Dhaka: Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy will build a modern film centre for expansion of healthy film culture in the country. 

"We will build a modern and well equipped film center soon as per the suggestions of film directors, producers and critics," Director General of Shilpakala Academy Liakath Ali Lucky told a view-exchange meeting at the seminar room of the academy here. 

The Shilpakala Academy is organizing various film development events including subject based film screening, film festivals, seminars and film making workshops in last three years for further development of the country's film industry.
