Recently, Symphony’s parent group Edison’s Annual Conference 2015 was held in the Basundhara International Convention Centre.

Edison Group chairman Aminur Rashid, and managing director Jakaria Shahid inaugurated the conference.

Speaking on the occasion, Aminur Rashid highlighted that the business targets have been achieved successfully in 2015. According to him, this success was possible for the employees of Edison Group.

Jakaria Shahid urged its managers and employees to keep up the spirits to sustain the ongoing progress of the business.

Symphony Mobile’s senior director Rezwanul Hoque, director of marketing Ashraful Haque, director of strategic HR Ahmed Pasha, head of planning and controlling Md. Maksudur Rahman and business director of Edison Electronics, Jafrul Alam Khan, talked about various initiatives, past achievements and future initiatives.

More than 30000 families are directly and indirectly dependent on the group’s business. At the end of the conference, Edison Cultural Club (ECC) organised a cultural programme. About 30 officers participated in this programme.

Around 1300 employees of all business units of Edison Group, Symphony, Siemens, Edison Electronics Bangladesh Ltd., EDISON Properties Ltd., and Edison Communications Ltd., from different corners of Bangladesh, attended the conference.
