RFL and BARI sign MoU

Rangpur Foundry Limited and Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a view to bringing modernisation in cultivation and to provide new technologies to the farmers.

The MoU was signed at BARI Office in Gazipur on Sunday (April 23).

RN Paul Managing Director at RFL and Dr Amzad Hossain, Director (Training and Communication) at BARI signed the MoU for their respective organisations.

RN Paul said RFL has been manufacturing and marketing agricultural related products for long time.

‘We will provide the farmers new and modern products to ease their activity.’

Dr Amzad Hossain said, 'It is possible to bring a change in country’s agriculture and agriculture-based economy by increasing the capacity of the farmers and marketing agriculture related products properly.'

Chief Operating Officer at Rangpur Foundry Limited Parvez Ahammad Faruque, General Manager (Sales) Abdul Kuddus Miah, Operation Manager Ashfaq Ahmed, Brand Manager Shariful Islam and Director (Research) at BARI Dr Lutfor Rahman, among others, were present.
