Putul’s family start campaigning for ‘Boat’ in Faridpur

Faridpur: The son-in-law and grandchildren of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina have joined the election campaign and started electioneering for ‘Boat’ from Faridpur-3 constituency.

Khandaker Mashrur Hossain Mitu, son-in-law of the PM sought votes for his father Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, the LGRD minister, after joining the election campaign at Krishnanagar union in Sadar upazila on Monday, reports the UNB.

Later he addressed a rally seeking vote for ‘Boat’. When speaking, he said ‘My father is in the politics because of tradition and he wanted to work for the people and you have got the proof as there has been extensive development in every sector of the district. You should cast your vote for ‘Boat’ for the continuation of the development.’

Besides, Alizeh Khandaker Ruponti and Amrin Khandaker Shimonti, two daughters of Saima Wajed Putul, also sought vote for ‘Boat’ while addressing two separate rallies in Chandpur union of Sadar upazila.
