Goliath, an adorable calf has become a Twitter sensation after his owner posted a picture of him and his dog-like behaviour. According to Shaylee Hubbs, the owner of the calf, Goliath seems to think ‘being a cow is so yesterday!’

The photo on Twitter showing Goliath lying on the couch like the family pet has garnered more than 30,000 retweets since 28 October, according to Mashable, reported news965.com.

‘My cow thinks he’s a dog ... We left the door open for 5 minutes,’ the caption reads.

Other photo caption reads that Goliath also eats dog food and enjoys being petted and rubbed under his chin.

Shaylee Hubbs rescued Goliath from a dairy farm that was planning on slaughtering him, reported Yahoo! News.

‘She brought him into her home where he made fast friends with the real dog of the family.’
