Bangladesh eye to win title

Dhaka: Bangladesh under-19 team coach Saiful Bari Titu expressed his high hope on wining the SAFF Under-19 Championship crown by saying that if they able to implement their plans as per accordingly in the ground, they would able to win the championship crown.
He was talking to the pressmen at a pre departure press conference held on Monday at the Bangladesh Football Federation conference room. The Bangladesh U-19 soccer team will leave for Kathmandu on Tuesday.
The championship will be held on 20-29 August at the Dashrath Stadium in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Titu said he got eight players in the current U-19 squad playing in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League. This is the main inspiration for him. The players are in the game and if they able to play their natural game, they would win the trophy.
The U-19 team coach said the team have some promising strikers who has ability to bring variation in attacking and the midfield of the team is also pretty good is plus point for the team.
The U-19 skipper Mashuk Mia Jonny said the moral strength of the team members is very high at the moment and they are upbeat to bring a good result with a total team effort for the country.
Bangladesh pitted on group A along with host Nepal and Bhutan, will play their opening match against Bhutan on 22 August and face host Nepal on 24 August.
The group B of the championship consists with the Maldives and Afghanistan.
