Watch: Looters take advantage of wild FIFA World Cup celebrations in Paris

Violent scenes soured jubilant celebrations that erupted in Paris on Sunday, July 15, after the French national football team defeated Croatia in Moscow to claim the FIFA World Cup.
In this video, looters can be seen targeting a scooter shop on the Avenue de la Grande Armée.
About 4,000 police officers patrolled the French capital’s streets as hundreds of thousands of people turned out to celebrate the 4-2 victory, Actu17 reported. It marked only the second time France has won the World Cup in the competition’s history.
Thousands of fans poured into the streets where they let off flares and smoke bombs, shortly after the final whistle blew.
Some 30 young thugs wearing ski masks tarnished France’s incredible victory by raiding businesses and clashing with riot police in the Champs-Elysées district of the capital.
