A woman who pushed a teenager off a bridge has angered the girl's family by partying with pals after the horror fall, it was claimed.

Jordan Holgerson suffered five broken ribs, a lung injury and several abrasions, and ‘can hardly walk’ after plunging into a river.

Footage showed the 16-year-old standing nervously at the edge of the bridge and twice telling her friends 'no' before one pushed her from behind, reports the Mirror.

That friend has since been going out ‘as if nothing happened’ while Jordan faces a long recovery, a source close to the Holgerson family claims.

The friend who allegedly pushed Jordan - identified by the Sun as 18-year-old Taylor Smith - posed with a friend at the Clark County Fair in a post on Instagram on Saturday, the newspaper reported.

Jordan's family have been left angered by the social media posts and claim Taylor hasn't been to visit her since the incident last Tuesday.

A family source told the Sun: ‘Taylor has been going out as if nothing happened.

‘She's been at a pool party and there were pictures of her at the county fair with a friend on Instagram.

‘Jordan can hardly walk and is in so much pain - she can't do any of those things.’

The source added: ‘She clearly doesn't care.’

Jordan's mum told the Thoroughbred Daily News that the teen is ‘lucky not be paralysed or dead’.

Police have not released the names of those involved when Jordan fell 60ft from Moulton Falls and landed in the Lewis River in Yacolt, Washington, in the US.

Officers are still investigating the incident.

The video shows Jordan kicking her arms and flailing her arms helplessly in a panic as she falls to the water below.

Ashley Mahree, who recorded the video and posted it online, wrote in a YouTube description: ‘This could have easily taken a life, and I think this girl needs to be held accountable in some way.’

She added: ‘The person that pushed her should go to jail.’

Jordan, who said she blacked out as she fell towards the river, was in a neck brace in hospital following the incident.

Someone swam out and rescued her before she was rushed to hospital.
