BD nationals urged to limit their movements, remain alert in Libya
Bangladesh Embassy in Tripoli has suggested Bangladesh nationals living in Libya to limit their movement and remain alert to avoid any untoward incidents.
The Embassy also urged the Bangladesh nationals there to stay in touch with the Embassy through hotline number +218916994207, sources of Bangladesh Embassy in Libya said, reports the UNB.
Leaders of the internationally recognized government in Libya appealed for calm, following three days of fighting between rival armed groups in the capital.
A ceasefire is in force after the killing of at least 26 people, including 15 civilians, and artillery shell fire destroyed homes, markets and mosques.
The Libyan government has issued State of Alert following the ceasefire.
