Qatar: A Bangladeshi man was killed in a road crash in Quarter’s capital Doha on Wednesday morning.

The deceased was identified as Md Rony, 19, son of Makbul Dewan of Giodhara area in the port city.

Family members said Rony joined an agriculture company in Doha around three months back.

The accident took place when a speeding car ran over Rony while he was taking care of roadside trees as part of his regular duty in the morning, leaving him dead on the spot.

Police recovered the body and kept it at a government hospital morgue. The process was underway to get his body was underway, they added.
