Faridpur: A motorcyclist was killed and two others injured as a bus crashed into their motorcycle in Talmar Maniknagar area in Nagarkanda upazila on Monday afternoon.

The deceased was identified as Subhash Malo, a resident of Srinagar area of Boalmari upazila.

The Bhanga Highway police said the accident took place when the Bhanga-bound ‘Dinhan Paribahan’ bus hit the motorcycle on Dhaka-Barisal highway in the area at about 12:00pm, leaving Subash dead on the spot and two others injured.

The injured were admitted to Faridpur Medical College Hospital.
