Police to quiz 4 ‘JMB men’ held in Bogra
Bogra: A court in Bogra on Tuesday granted police three days for quizzing four suspected members of banned militant outfit Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) who were held on Monday night.
Senior Judicial Magistrate Mohammad Quamruzzaman passed the order when police produced them before the court seeking permission to quiz them for 10 days, reports UNB, a local news agency.
Earlier, police arrested them from a house owned by Anisur Rahman in Chilimpur area of the district town on Monday night while they were holding a meeting, said Gaziur Rahman, senior assistant superintendent (media) of Bogra police.
Later, a case was filed with Bogra Sadar Police Station in this connection.
