Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Mayor Annisul Huq was admitted to a hospital in London with nervous system complications.

Mayor’s personal assistant Mizanur Rahman on Wednesday morning told NTV Online, Annisul Huq is now in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of hospital as he is suffering from a brain disease called cerebral vasculitis.

The mayor has been suffering from the disease for last two months. However, the physicians in Dhaka failed to diagnose his disease.

Earlier, on 28 July, Annisul Huq visited London for personal purpose. His elder daughter lived there. He was admitted to the hospital as he suddenly fell ill.
