Narail: BNP-endorsed mayoral candidate for Narail municipality SM Wahidduzzaman Milu pulled out of the race alleging massive vote rigging at about 9:30am on Wednesday.

Earlier, returning officer Anwar Hossain postponed voting in two centres of Kalia municipality.

Anwar told journalists polling in the stations were suspended as allegation of electoral fraud raised.

Elections have been postponed in several polling stations across the country. Polling at two stations of Kalkini municipalities in Madaripur, Sadar and Sharishabari centres of Jamalpur, and Barura municipality in Comilla were also suspended over vote rigging and violation of electoral code of conduct.
