More Indian relief for Rohingyas Thursday

Dhaka: More humanitarian relief materials from India for Rohingyas sheltered in Bangladesh will reach Chittagong port on Thursday morning.
The relief materials, loaded on Indian Naval Ship INS Gharial at Kakinada port, will reach at 10:00 am, said the Indian High Commission in Dhaka on Wednesday.
Indian High Commissioner in Dhaka Harsh Vardhan Shringla will remain present on the occasion.
The relief materials include rice, pulses, sugar, salt, cooking oil, ready to eat noodles, tea, biscuits, mosquito nets etc.
The relief items will be handed over to the government of Bangladesh to tackle the huge influx of refugees providing assistance to over 68,000 distressed families, covering almost all the refugees who have crossed into Bangladesh recently.
