Dhaka: The Law and Justice Division of Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has issued a gazette notification on Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha’s going abroad on leave.

The gazette notification has been issued after President Abdul Hamid on Wednesday gave consent to the CJ’s leaving the country for Australia.

The chief justice is on a one-month leave ‘on health grounds’ since October 3.
