Mymensingh: The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on Tuesday arrested two people, including a land official, from Mymensingh in a graft case.

ACC deputy assistant director Md Sharif Uddin of its Mymensingh zila office arrested them from Town Hall Circle of the town around 11 am, ACC public relations officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya said.

The arrestees are assistant land officer of Dullah Union Parishad Shahidul Islam and Md Abul Kalam of Bhaluka.

Earlier in the day, the ACC filed a case against them with Bhaluka Police Station for grabbing government lands by preparing fake documents.
