Habiganj: Three construction workers were killed and another injured as they were run over by a truck at Nabiganj upazila in Habiganj on Friday morning.

The Nabiganj police said a Sylhet-bound truck hit the workers, who were employed for the reparation of Dhaka-Sylhet Highway, when it neared Aushkandi Rahmania Community Centre at about 8:00am and left three workers dead on the spot.

The injured was taken to Nabiganj Hospital in critical condition.
