Chittagong: Customs officials arrested a man carrying a reported drone from Shah Amanat International Airport, says UNB news.

The arrestee is Solaiman, believed to 32, resident of Patia upazila.

Deputy Director of Chittagong Customs Department Zakir Hossain on Wednesday said Solaiman arrived in Chittagong from Dubai by a Biman flight on Wednesday morning.

While scanning, the airport authorities found a drone with 2.8 gigahertz of camera and a security stun gun from Solaiman’s luggage, he said.

Solaiman was shown arrested after Detective Branch (DB) examined the drone and a stun gun, he added.

A case was filed in this connection.
