Efforts on to bring back Bangabandhu’s killers: Home Minister
Jhenaidah: Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan on Sunday said that the government is continuing its efforts to bring back Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s fugitive killers from abroad.
Talking to the reporters after inaugurating a police circle office at Kotchandpur in the district the minister came up with the remarks.
‘After resolving all legal complications over the prisoner exchange with different countries, the fugitive killers of Bangabandhu will be brought back’, he said.
‘Our Home Ministry and Foreign Ministry are jointly working on the matter’, he added.
District Awami League president Abdul Hai, MP, Tahjib Alam Siddique. MP, Nabi Newaz, MP, Anwarul Azim Anar MP, DIG of Khulna range Didar Ahmed were also present there.
