President visits Bhola today

Dhaka: President M Abdul Hamid will visit Bhola Sadar and Charfession upazilas of Bhola on Wednesday.
‘The President is set to visit Bhola to inaugurate some development projects at Bhola Sadar and Charfession upazilas during his two-day visit there,’ said a Bangabhaban spokesman.
President Hamid is expected to open a 19-storey Watch Tower (225-feet high) and Principal Nazrul Islam Degree College, Begum Rahima Degree College and a teacher’s training centre at Charfession. He will also inaugurate Swadihinata Museum at Banglabazar of Bhola.
He will address two public meetings in the district during his two-day visit.
Abdul Hamid will stay at Coastal Forest Development Centre-cum-Rest House at Char Kukri Mukri, well-known as Dwip Kanya, in the night.
The President will return Dhaka on Thursday afternoon.
