HC orders judicial probe into SSC question paper leakage

Dhaka: High court issued a rule asking to know as to why the Secondary School Certification (SSC) and equivalent examinations of 2018 will not be cancelled and taken again.
The court also issued directives to form a probe committee to investigate the question paper leakage of ongoing SSC examination.
A HC bench comprising Justice Zubayer Rahman Chowdhury and Justice Iqbal Kabir issued the orders on Thursday.
Earlier, on Wednesday, a writ plea was filed with High Court seeking directives to enact laws to prevent question paper leakage and probe the incident. The writ was filed by Supreme Court lawyer Ainunnahar Sidiqqa and two others.
After conducting a hearing over the writ, the apex court issued the rule on Thursday morning.
