4 Indians handed over to BSF
Benapole: Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have handed over four Indian nationals, who were illegally entered Bangladeshi territory, to BSF through a flag meeting on Wednesday morning.
The transferors are—Ashutosh Shikdar, in his fifities, his wife Minty Sikder, around 40 years, Sunil Majumder, in his fifties, Chhota Mitra, wife of Bakul Majumder, around 45 years.
Lt Col Tariqul Hakim, Commanding Officer (CO) of BGB-21 Battalion, said a team of border force arrested them from Patkhali bordering area on Tuesday as they were illegally entered to Bangladesh.
They were later handed over to BSF through a flag meeting at Angrail BSF Camp, said the CO.
