No anger worked in accepting demand for quota reform: PM

Dhaka: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Wednesday said she has accepted the demand for quota reform as the students demanded it and nothing was done out of anger.
‘There was nothing to get angry… the boys and girls placed the demand and I accepted it. Now what’s there to raise question about it?’ she said, reports the UNB.
The Prime Minister came up with the remarks while addressing a press conference at her official residence Ganobhaban.
The press conference was arranged over the Prime Minister’s recent visits to Saudi Arab, the UK and Australia.
