Dhaka: Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at many places across the country.

The places are Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions. Moreover, one or two places over Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions may see moderately heavy to heavy falls and hails at isolated places over the country.

Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said a Met bulletin.

Country’s highest temperature on Thursday was recorded 35 degree Celsius at Mongla today’s minimum temperature 16 degree Celsius at Netrokona.

The sun sets on Friday at 6:32pm and rises at 5:17am on Saturday in the capital.
