‘About 10 percent of piling work on the project has already been completed,’ he told reporters while visiting the project site in the city’s Kuril area.

Compensation has already been given to the affected families of the project, he said, adding that a total of 1200 plats will be distributed to affected families after completing a housing project, with the expressway project’s fund, in the city’s Uttara area.
About the city’s traffic congestion, the minister said traffic jam will ease significantly in the capital by making footpaths free for pedestrians and checking the plying of small vehicles.
