Final result of 37th BCS with 1,314 cadres published
Dhaka: The final results of the 37th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examination were published on Tuesday.
Some 1,314 examinees have been recommended for various cadre positions, said a press release of Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC).
Of them, 465 were recommended for general cadre, 323 for health, 526 for Technical and General Education cadre.
Besides, 300 were recommended for administration, 100 for police, 20 for foreign affairs, 14 for information, 50 for agriculture, 79 for fish, 47 for livestock, 210 for general education.
Details of the results are available at the PSC website: www.bpsc.gov.bd. The results will be known through sending SMS and for this a person should have to write PSC<space>37<space>registration number and send it to 16222.
Some 5,379 candidates came out successful in the 37th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) written examination as the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) published the results on October 25, 2017.
A total of 8,523 candidates passed the 37th BCS preliminary examination held simultaneously in Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Barishal, Khulna, Sylhet and Rangpur centres on September 30 last year.
A total of 243,476 examinees appeared at the examinations.
The 37th BCS written examinations began on January 12 last.
