Chandpur: Police recovered the body of an SSC candidate from Devipur area under kachua upazila in Chandpur on Sunday.

The victim is Golam Rabbi, 17, an SSC examinee of Ashak Ali Khan School and college and son of Arif Miah of Devipur village, reports BSS.

On information, police recovered the dead body of Rabbi from a potato field in Devipur area. Rabbi went to a shop on Saturday night. But he did not return home, family sources said.

Police sent the body to Chandpur Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
