Dhaka: Amid the student movement seeking safer roads, Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid is going to hold a meeting with the vice-chancellors of all the private universities on Wednesday.

The views-exchange meeting is scheduled to begin at 3 pm at the International Mother Language Institute in the capital.

On Sunday, Nahid held separate meetings with the principals of government and private colleges and headmasters of government and private schools in Dhaka.

During the meetings, he directed the principals and headmasters to convince their students to return to their classes.
