Gazipur: Police on Thursday recovered the bullet-hit body of an unidentified youth from Hilejor area in Kapasia upazila.

Additional police super Russel Sheikh said hearing the sound of exchanging gunfire from the area when police went to the spot the terrorists fled away, reports the UNB.

Later, police recovered the body of the unidentified youth aged about 36. The body was sent to Tajuddin Ahmed Medical College and Hospital for autopsy.

A pistol was also recovered from the spot.
